What do you like best about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido?

What I like best about Entrust IDV is the flexibility and variety of workflows available. There are plenty of options to configure the verification process based on different needs, while the setup itself is quite intuitive and easy to manage.

I also really like the verification flow provided to customers and the overall user interface, which makes the process straightforward and user-friendly.

Another strong point is the accuracy and speed of the verifications. Checks are generally completed quickly while still providing reliable results. The AML screening capabilities are also valuable, especially the range of databases and sources used to identify potential matches and provide relevant information for further review. What do you dislike about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido?

One area that could be improved is the experience when reaching out to the technical support team. While our assigned Customer Success Manager has always been helpful, responsive, and prompt whenever I contacted them directly, getting in touch with the appropriate technical team for specific requests has sometimes been more challenging and time-consuming than expected.

I would also mention pricing as an area with some room for improvement. While the overall service and quality provided are good, I find the pricing for some features to be well balanced and competitive, while others can be slightly higher compared to similar solutions available on the market.

What problems is Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you?

Entrust IDV helps us provide a smooth and user-friendly verification journey for our customers while also allowing us to perform accurate identity checks in real time. This helps reduce friction during the verification process and allows us to review customers efficiently.

At the same time, it plays an important role in keeping our platform secure and supporting our compliance processes. The AML screening capabilities allow us to screen customers against multiple databases and identify potential watchlist or AML-related matches that may require further review.
