**What do you like best about Entelo?**

The recommendations for similar candidate profiles. Giving you a variety when completing different searches. Also the ability to hide candidates you previously viewed.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

There haven't been many new features added within the last few years. Everything has been the same.  A lot of the time their profile is invalid as well which I wish they updated more.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

In 25 years of recruiting, I’ve found no better talent engagement tool than entelo.  The ability to search easily using the browser plug in, easily keep track of prospects, and then contact, and see the analytics of engagement is incredibly empowering.  Entelo removes the blind spots and often the intensive data entry involved in pro-actively engaging passive talent.  Since adding the features for “Send on behalf,” and the hiring manager interactive ability to review prospects, makes Entelo a MUST HAVE for creating a truly collaborative and actionable experience between hiring leaders and their recruiting teams.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

There is an awesome feature to "request review" from non-seat holding colleagues. This can be other employees, hiring leaders, execs, etc..., and does not require them to login, and captures a thumbs up, thumbs down vote.  This is an amazing collaborative tool.  One exec said, "OMG, I did that in minutes, and it is so much better than tracking in spreadsheets and docs!"  

However, the next line of feedback is that they were unable to leave comments for each prospect.  It is our life's mission to get hiring leaders to give feedback, both on you they're interested in, and who they're not.  entelo enticed a C level exec to want to give feedback, but the system wasn't prepared to take it. For this reason, this particular customer experience falls a bit short, but I have confidence they will fix this.

On the whole though, the request for review is a great feature. Once someone has reviewed the prospect it will show in the record, giving you a quick view of what has already happened and interest from reviewers.  This is great, and adding on the ability to give feedback would make it an amazing collaboration game changer.

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've tracked candidates and passive prospects in fragmented ways.  Often resulting in delays between identifying prospects and finding contact information.  Tracking propects vs. tracking candidates who are applicants in the ATS has been a challenge - it has been difficult to quantify the amount of time and action to engage a passive talent pool, and the timeline for engagement.

The analytics function where I can not only see the success and engagement from messages, but even see and track trends of how many times does a prospect open my email before they reply... is amazing.  entelo solves many problems related to having a unified way of identifying, contacting, and measuring effectiveness of engaging a passive talent pool.  I could be here all day listing out the problems that are solved using this tool.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

I love the fact I can see if someone has opened my emails, clicked them etc. The "Track" section helps me know where to spend my time (if someone doesn't respond to emails I know to go to LinkedIn to try them there. I am also not wasting time following up with candidates because Entelo does it for me.

It is the best tool I've found so far for surfacing diverse candidates, this is the number one reason I'm a fan

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

The UI could be a bit cleaner/easier to understand. 
 - a candidate's page is very busy so I don't even look at them on Entelo anymore. Too many emojis, different fonts, etc that my eye can't comprehend what's going on on the page so I find them here, then go to LinkedIn to look at them (I have some form of adhd or something where if its too busy/messy I can't absorb it and won't read it, so I need it to be clean) All of the info is useful, I would just like to see it laid out differently. 

I don't like that when I send candidates to a hiring manager for review, I cannot sort by their responses. Example, I would like to go into a project and sort by "reviewed" then sort by "Thumbs up or Thumbs down" currently, from what I can tell, I have to eyeball it to see that the response was and take action. Frankly, I stopped using Entelo for HM review, I went back to LinkedIn because its friendlier and easier for me to take action on. So now I use a combo of Entelo and LinkedIn

I would like to be able to sort inside a project by status, example contacted candidates. Now I have the option to tag someone as contacted but I can't sort by tag, so Entelo projets is almost useless for me. It would be nice if it functioned more like LinkedIn projects so I can take action better.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

Since 2013, I've been using Entelo. In between, I have used LinkedIn Recruiter, Aevy, Gem, Hired, Vettery, Indeed Prime, Underdog.io and demoed many, many others. Entelo's ability to automate, embed links... their diversity filters... integrations with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and Lever... their value and world-class support... All these things keep me coming back.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

I would appreciate additional diversity filters for other underrepresented groups, such as LGBTQ, persons with disabilities, and Native Americans. I know they will come in time, but given the attention diversity in the workplace receives, this can't come soon enough.

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to targeting underrepresented groups, Entelo has given me higher engagement rates, ultimately translating to more hires.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

Entelo essentially pre-populates boolean strings which makes it easy to use for all users. I appreciate the "highlights" which allow me to filter candidates by unicorn company, etc.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

I have found that the email scrapers isn't as accurate as other programs. Additionally, I don't like that there are a limited # of emails you can scrape. Additionally, I wish it more seamlessly worked with our ATS, Lever.

Mandatory training for users, A/B test email tool

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing for diverse talent, sourcing beyond LinkedIn, etc. Using Entelo has opened up new talent pools we have not seen on LinkedIn. It is a great sourcing tool.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

Entelo presents a broad view of the candidate's online presence across several platforms and digests them into an easy-to-use visual format.  The enhanced diversity filters and robust highlights list  allow us to drill down to see if the person has listed in their online presence a security clearance, diversity programming, affiliation with HBCUs, and Greek organizations serving underrepresented populations.  We can see more of the person's background than just their resume which may or may not include key experiences that we are looking for.  It makes the candidate search more personalized.

Also, in most cases Entelo can provide the person's contact information - something I haven't seen on other platforms like LI.  This has been a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

The system has a high number of specialties and keywords to select from, but for some roles in our highly specialized industry (aerospace) we have to be creative and look for adjacent skills that may not truly reflect what we're looking for.  With time I believe we will become more efficient at this.

Features we would like to see developed more:
- Seeing all sent messages in one place vs. only in the candidate's profile
- "Source Similar Candidates" does not allow us to exclude companies from the search results or add keywords

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Focused diversity sourcing and attraction is a key part of our overall strategy.  We have identified talent that we wouldn't have found using only a LI search or Google X-ray.  Within 2 months of implementation we have multiple strong candidates in front of senior leadership.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

I have had a positive experience using Entelo. I like the search and tracking options, and it also finds email addresses for most of the candidates. Outreach is very easy. It also notifies when the person opens your email.  I like the entelo google chrome extension on my LinkedIn page that helps me in sending emails to the candidates instantly. I can easily prepare email drip campaigns. The new Talent Insights provides a lot of strategic information on data. I also like DE&I webinars that Entelo hosts and the candidate insights have the diversity option that highlights individuals from underrepresented groups like gender, veterans, etc.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

Some of the profiles are not updated and don't list the candidates that have recently made a move.

**Recommendations to others considering Entelo:**

If you want to include search and outreach options together with talent insights and diversity options to consider in your search, use Entelo. It's the best one.

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding emails of the candidates, tracking candidates, and successfully administering drip campaigns. I can also have diverse candidates in my search. The export option in the talent pool/ talent insights report helps me in preparing and presenting during the recruiting strategy meeting with the hiring manager.

It has the same profiles as LinkedIn. Not many are coming only from Github, Dribbble, etc.

Definitely the drip campaing functionality. Saves SO much time!

The new UI is not as user friendly to me as the old.. I liked being able to click on the "e" icon to open and close the chrome extension

Great tool....not perfect. But a good one to have in the tool box along with others that you may have. I look forward to the improvements that you will be making.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

If I can find similar profiles to a candidate, how do I search for similar NON-LOCAL profiles?  Sometimes I create a search and then I go into the list view and contact the candidate.  The window that appears for the email cannot be moved.  I usually bring up a template but then try to personalize a few sentences.  It would be great to be able to move the window to the side so I can still view and scan the candidate's profile to infuse personalization into the message.  Also- sometimes after sending an email, the "front" and "back" arrows used to toggle through the search disappear, so I have to hit refresh and then go back to the original search and then scroll through to where I left off- why do the toggle arrows disappear once I send a candidate an email from the search list?

The ease of use, the D&I search, the follow up emails.

That you cannot stop all emails if needed.  For example, over christmas, I am going to have to go through every email manually and find the ones that will send on the holidays and stop them.  then have to find them again to start them back up... not very efficient.

it is an easy way to amass candidates in one search place to search.

Prior to entelo I was having to send manual follow ups to candidates which took insane amounts of time and bandwidth. Now I just use entelo to send my multiple follow up emails to candidates and never have to think twice about it.

There is no integration with Linkedin messages so if I don't pause my future follow ups via email, and I am communicating with a candidate over Linkedin, they will receive an email as if we have not been speaking (which can be a bit embarrassing).

Don't hesitate!

It saves our company's recruiters time and energy which, in turn, saves the company money. We are just more efficient and effective with entelo.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

I like that it allows for personal messaging. Most passive candidates are not looking at Linkedin. In 2019 Linkedin is a tool simply for recruiters. Being able to counter the rest of the market by sending personalized e-mail campaigns from different members of the team puts us a cut above the rest. 

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

In terms of requesting reviews from hiring managers, would love if this is a view they could see on the platform without needed to reference the email link every time. Other this, I think the tool is intuitive and the team is good at addressing all concerns with the tool in a timely fashion. 

**Recommendations to others considering Entelo:**

I would suggest thinking about this as a value add if you are finding that the number of responses you are getting in Linkedin Recruiter is low. I would also suggest using if you find yourself on a search for executive level candidates. They are not checking LinkedIn and would prefer the personal touch of direct messaging. 

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're hiring faster and smarter. Plus we get to actively address diversity when sourcing for our open roles. Being able to toggle our search to specifically find profiles for underrepresented groups has had a massive impact for us on the diversity front. We're able to surpass our target of the number of diverse candidates that we bring to the onsite stage in order to be active about our diversity goals.

The ability to get candidate emails, see when candidates open emails, messaging suggestions, the diversity filter.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

Entelo doesn't capture all candidates. I find candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter that don't appear in Entelo. We were told that its most likely based on the privacy settings of the candidate. Entelo scraps public platforms for info. The search function takes getting used to. Some candidate information is either dated or not available when you click on the internet source. The way candidate information is displayed which still has me go to LinkedIn for clarity. My colleagues and I that use Entelo still have to work in two platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter. 

**Recommendations to others considering Entelo:**

Install the Chrome extension as this is very helpful. I would not recommend completely giving up LinkedIn Recruiter for Entelo.

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entelo has helped me reach candidates that may check LinkedIn messaging. It's allowed me to craft engaging messages in order to get a response. It helps to give me a diversity snap shot for searches to know the likelihood of finding female candidates.

I like that I can find candidates on Entelo that I am not finding on LinkedIn. Entelo pulls from multiple sources and provides insights on the candidate, their email addresses, their history, skills, company, etc. It's a one-stop shop!

I don't like that I can't tell which profiles I've already viewed before so I'll end up clicking on the same candidates over and over and wasting some time.

Get it! It's a great platform that will help automate your recruiting work.

I am finding candidate emails that I would normally have a hard time finding. Entelo scrapes the web and lays it all out for sourcers like myself. 

In addition, the easy diversity sourcing is a win!

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

What I like best is the ability to conduct a natural language candidate search, the fact that there are over 500 million profiles in the GLOBAL database, the web aggregation capabilities, diversity filters, and the unbiased sourcing mode.  
 


**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

Not so much as dislike, but would like to see more Contract Manufacturing options whether it be industry, skills, etc.

Analytics, tracking, consolidation, finding niche pockets of candidates.

**What do you like best about Entelo?**

I love the diversity feature! Many of my hiring managers specifically in technical fields are tend to diversify their teams. I found this feature very constructive to build a diverse candidate pool.
Also, Entelo is an agile tool compared with other tools in the same space. It abruptly finds candidates and the response rate is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

I don't dislike anything about Entelo. I was asking our Recruiting Project Manager many times to get the Entelo as I really enjoyed this tool within the trial period.
As a recommendation ( I don't know how feasible is this suggestion), a "LinkedIn Recruiter" Link might be more convenient than public LinkedIn profile.

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing can be very difficult for some of the requisitions at my company. Entelo is a useful tool to save time and other resources when it comes to sourcing ideal candidates.

I love the way Entelo gives me search results that are vastly different than LinkedIn searches! It shows me candidates I may have missed or candidates that are on the last pages of a LinkedIn results. It's a great way to diversify my candidate pool and find top talent!

Sometimes it's a lot of clicking to get to their LinkedIn Recruiter profile which can be tedious.

Ease of use, fast results greatly reducing my time to search/find appropriate people for my positions.  Search features are excellent - love that it automatically puts things in skills, position title, etc.  Also love the diversity feature and the ability to determine if someone is more likely to move.

Not being able to process more than 50 actions on a list at a time (i.e. export candidates, request emails, etc.)

I make it part of my day to go in and do searches and create projects for continuous needs.  Very user friendly and finds candidates that don't post on regular job boards.  Increases my contacts in very little time.  Entelo works for you, so your day can keep moving while you're continue with your other tasks  for the day!

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

Still having a problem narrowing down DOD Security Clearances.  Seems to find  candidates with Secret Clearances good, but Top Secret, SCI and FS (Full Scope Poly).

**What problems is Entelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not contacting candidates working for the client already.  It's awesome to exclude companies or even to search competitors.

The way it aggregates social media footprints of individuals into one view. The predictive feature "More likely to Move" based on a secret algorithm was very interesting. I tested it a number of times and was surprised by its accuracy. 

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

The search facility needs further development. It should offer more filter options and a more intuitive interface.On some occasions the profile data was found to be out of date. Also, too often the email address for a profile was a work email address and not a personal email address. This was frustrating as we had to use other free plug-in tools for our browsers to harvest personal email addresses. Therefore the information is out there but is not accessible in Entelo.

Definitely worth considering as a cost-effective alternative to LinkedIN Recruiter licences

It is easy to navigate and help me to view LinkedIn profiles without any restrictions as I do not have LinkedIn recruiter account. (Most of my candidates are from LinkedIn). If the candidates have multiple digital footprints, it can also show that; whether they are available in Github, Stackoverflow etc. 

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

1. Profiles that I have requested take longer time to be created in Entelo. Previously it was quite fast but it is no longer created since December 2018. I have raised ticket on this yet not much improvement. 
2. Envoy function is not really strong. Most of the profiles are not quite fit.

Email finder & nurture campaigns - I love having my second outreach automated and find I get a much better response rate through email than LinkedIn.

I wish the nurture campaigns would be in the same email string as some candidates end up confused, and I want the keyword search to function a little better, I find that I pull up great diversity profiles and solid skills, but when I'm looking for something niche it doesn't seem to return as good of results.

If you're looking for accurate emails and good drip campaigns, I haven't used anything better. If you're looking for niche searches, I would probably recommend something else.

High level of response rates with candidate engagement - I do find pretty consistently that my emails are answered, clicked or opened and I know I'm getting hits. I tend to do low volume sourcing so those markers are huge for me.

I have been using Entelo for the past four months and I really enjoy the Envoy feature. I've been using the Envoy feature to source for multiple technical roles at once and have been using its Track and Reports features to see the result of all my different outreaches. It is a great way to source qualified candidates and understand what they will respond to.

Sometimes certain profiles and emails are not found on the platform which could make it hard to reach out to certain candidates. I've also seen certain candidates have multiple profiles so I would like for them to merge them.

Working as a technical recruiter, it's good to have another sourcing tool to help find and reach qualified candidates. Entelo is a great tool to serve that purpose with its Envoy sourcing feature and its email finding tool. The best feature on entelo is the email addresses that you can obtain for a candidate profile that you are interested in. I have seen a faster response when I reach out to a candidate on their email address vs just an inmail on Linkedin. I like the fact that you can know when a candidate opens up your email and when they click on links in the email as well! You don't feel like your message is going into a dark hole.

This is a tough question because, I think Entelo has really good features. The only con that I can think of is that it can sometime take a couple of days when you request an email address for a candidate profile that doesn't already have that info. There has been times when the wrong email address was listed for a candidate.

If you are in Talent Acquisition and looking for a great sourcing platform, give Entelo a try. I've made many hires using this platform and I couldn't be happier. It is extremely easy to use and would make an impact in your recruiting efforts.

What I like best are the multiple filters that can be used to find the right candidates.  I also like the second email feature that sends an email to a candidate that hasn't responded to your first email feature.  The fact that I can track my emails and see who has opened who has responded is great.  This gives me the opportunity to perform other searches while I am waiting for the funnel to really kick in.  I also like the color feature when you are writing a boolean search string.  The feature helps identify any flaws in your boolean search string to prevent any issues you may have.  Aside from that I believe that the tool itself is super intuitive.  Navigation around the tool is easy and anyone having never used it could find their way quickly.  I also appreciated the tutorial by the team which gave me a quick tour of the tool which was helpful.  Lastly the fact that I can see what my colleagues are doing and how they are searching that is pretty awesome as well!

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

I don't really like the pop-up side menu thing for everyone's profile when I am using Linkedin.  It gets in the way and I know you can turn it off but still.

I like how easy it is to track emails in their various stages. What is scheduled, who has opened and who has replied and clicked. It's also a very helpful tool that it reviews email merges before they go out and rates them and even suggests the best time to send out.

That sometimes the email retrieval is inconsistent. About 66% at best. It's also slow in getting the information over to you. It would be nice if they could find ways to port phone numbers and other information as well.

The reason why Entelo is the first place I go when sourcing is for three main reasons. Firstly I can find candidates that aren't on social networks like LinkedIn. Secondly I can contact them easily through email which, in my experience, returns better reply rates than InMails (especially with the follow-up feature!!). Thirdly Entelo pulls a candidates entire web presence into one, easy-to-read profile. 

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

I don't like that you can't find out the source of where the email came from. I often get replies asking me, "where did you get my email?!" and I just have to say, "errr Entelo". Also, I don't trust Entelo to bring up everyone in a search. Though I go to Entelo first, I always follow up with LinkedIn Recruiter to ensure I've found everyone I need.

There are a few things that stand out when thinking about how Entelo has helped here at Beeswax. Right now I'm currently a team of one. With the use of Entelo, I can boost my daily sourcing efforts and find myself being extra productive in a shorter amount of time. The fact that Entelo aggregates multiple social networks allows me to gain better insights into the candidates I'm reviewing. I work on mostly technical roles so being able to navigate to StackOverflow/GitHun with minimal efforts saves me much needed time to perform additional daily tasks.

Customer service is also extremely responsive!
I have been a user for 2+ years and am glad to see the product constantly expanding it's capabilities.
Diversity sourcing is so much easier with this tool. It's worth having/using for this feature alone...

Profiles could still be updated more often. At times, a profiles can be a few months out of date still. 
The abilities to pull reports is great, but there's no way to quickly access them without several clicks.

Great at finding emails and has some interesting fields to add to your searches. I often turn to it when I need to spend some time focusing on making my pipelines more diverse. Also gives you good insight into other platforms a candidate might be on so you can vet them further.

**What do you dislike about Entelo?**

USA focus, and I ultimately always finds myself on Linkedin because whatever is in Entelo is often slightly outdated. It's also difficult to find more information often on candidates it hasn't seen before. You can request a profile, but it won't always be able to turn around and get you more information on them. I also don't love the new search feature, it's more complicated and harder to make small adjustments too than it previously was. 

**Recommendations to others considering Entelo:**

Don't expect it to replace LinkedIn, but it will help your sourcing efforts for sure. It also won't always manage to find you the email address you're looking for, but it often does!

I really like that it syncs well with my ATS. When I have to upload candidates its so easy and efficient. Other tools are not as easy and make it hard to put candidates in the system. By making it easier, it really saves me a lot of time and effort.

I wish it had as many profiles as Linkedin. I go to Linkedin first to find candidates since Entelo does not have as many. Entelo does have a good amount of candidate profiles to look up but the UI is not as easy as Linkedin. I can really find out a lot about the candidates quickly the way Linkedin has the profile laid out. I wish Entelo can find a way to make this easier.

Take whats on the profiles as a grain of salt. Dig into the other profiles it offers so that you can see if this is the right candidate or not.

I am not sure what to put here. For business problems, it is helping me solve finding people. I like that it gives the personal email and really helps me with getting a hold of a candidates. That is the hardest part of recruiting is connecting with candidates but Entelo makes that possible.
