"Entagl Has Become a Core Part of Our Day-to-Day Operations"

What do you like best about Entagl?

Entagl has honestly been amazing for us.

The setup at the beginning takes some time because you need to teach the agent how you work, how you communicate, how you want it to reply, and how your business operates. But once everything is set properly, the amount of time it saves is huge. Right now, I probably spend only around 10–15 minutes a day checking things, fixing small issues, or improving the agent. After that, it handles most of the work by itself. One of the strongest points for us is the integrations. We are able to connect the social media channels we need, and we also integrated Entagl directly with our own CRM. This makes the whole process much easier because everything works together instead of having separate systems. I personally use the agent to represent me when communicating with clients. I trained it on the way I speak, the way I answer questions, and how I normally deal with clients. The results have been very impressive. Clients usually think they are communicating directly with me and don’t realize that an AI agent is handling the conversation. The onboarding and support have also been very good. Whenever we needed help setting something up or had questions, the team was supportive and responsive.

From a UI and UX perspective, I find the platform very easy to use. I don’t see anything complicated about using it once you understand the basic setup. The performance has also been reliable for us.

Pricing is reasonable as well, especially when you consider the amount of work the software can handle, the integrations, the automation, and the amount of time it can save your team.

The best part is that it keeps improving over time. The more you fine-tune it, the less you need to check it. Eventually, I can see it reaching a point where I only need to review it once a week while everything continues running the way I designed it.

What do you dislike about Entagl?

The only thing I would like to see improved is the pricing. I think if the price were just a little lower, it would make the overall value even better. Other than that, I’m very happy with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Entagl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Entagl is solving the problem of needing multiple people to handle conversations, follow-ups, social media, and different daily tasks.

For me, it feels like hiring one person who can do almost everything, follows exactly the instructions and processes you set, and works 24/7 without stopping.

Once you train it properly, it can handle the workload of what would normally require 10 or even 20 employees, while keeping the same tone, process, and quality every time.

The biggest benefit is that I can scale the work without continuously hiring more people. It saves a huge amount of time, reduces the daily workload on the team, and in many cases gives us more consistent results than having a large team doing the same repetitive work.
