What do you like best about Ensora RCM (formerly Therapy Brands Revenue Cycle Management)?

Our company has found it so helpful to have a company to partner with to get our RCM in line. They can make calls to insurance companies and dig deeper into rejections and denials for us when we do not have that time to give. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ensora RCM (formerly Therapy Brands Revenue Cycle Management)?

While the relationships we have created are amazing at Ensora, we were sad to have our favorite point person reassigned. Sometimes response time from our current RCM point person could be better, but we are happy with the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
