What do you like best about Enrich.so?

Enrich.so allows you to sign up quickly, requiring few details, all whilst giving you 25 free credits to trial the platform before any longer-term commitment. Pricing is flexible and ranges from as low as $20 / 100 credits for infrequent pay-as-you-go usage, alongside yearly and monthly options for heavy volume users.

It's a simple setup - you can use their website or their API, or you can integrate via the likes of Zapier to automate the retrieval of LinkedIn-based data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enrich.so?

For now, Enrich.so is meeting a particular use-case well, but there are areas of opportunity for Enrich.so to improve. For example, the structure of data returned via Zapier requires you to use additional "Formatter" tasks to split comma-delimited values of data, such as multiple Job Titles if someone found via the Person Lookup has had more than one job.

There doesn't appear to be anywhere that logs what you've looked up previously, company or person.

What problems is Enrich.so solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are Klaviyo users, and our use case required us to enrich "profiles" (person records identified via email) that matched a given criteria in our database. After investigating and hitting complex API setups with 6Sense and ZoomInfo, we found Enrich.so via Zapier.

As a result, in the space of 1 day, we set up a Klaviyo-triggered Zap that updates Profiles (person records) via Enrich.so with key B2B-related data without further emailing and requests to fill out more forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
