What do you like best about Engini?

Honestly, what I like most about Engini is how much time it saves us. Instead of dealing with custom APIs or waiting for development, I can set up integrations and automations on my own. The UI is straightforward, things actually work the way you expect them to, and the data syncs are very reliable. Also, their support team is extremely helpful — they answer fast, know what they’re doing, and genuinely care that things work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engini?

There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially if you’re trying to build more complex flows between multiple systems. Some screens could be a little cleaner or more intuitive. Nothing major, but it did take me a bit of trial and error to fully get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engini solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Engini to connect our CRM and ERP and automate a lot of the manual steps we used to do by hand. Before Engini, we constantly ran into mismatched data, delays, and tasks that had to be done manually. Now most of those processes run automatically in the background.
