Competitive pricing on the platform (it's free) but travel (discounted) is a win. It allows easy to use policy creation, great UI and voice activated, via integration with Salesforce Agentforce voice to use on the go. The performance is top notch, support and onboarding is human even if automated and likely AI enabled. The AI features are additive, not excessive. I also like direct billing, the flexibility to cancel the same day, and having a charge card for off-platform purchases, along with additional travel rewards. It's hard to navigate out of the logged in experience but using incognito I was able to get back to some key questions. This could easily be solved by making the non-logged in experience material accessible through a chatbot or non-logged in view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
