It is one of the best Performance Management Software, helps keep a track of our progress which helps with with our Q4 reviews

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

It is difficult to understand and work on especially if you are a new user

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring and keeping a tab of our performance provides a medium to engage and learn new courses along with appreciating our colleagues.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

One new thing I like about Engagedly is the learning and development module.
It helps in skill growth with training options and learning paths. I also like the improved UI – it looks cleaner and easier to use now. The new updates make goal tracking and feedback even smoother.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Engagedly can improve the speed of the platform. Sometimes it loads slowly. Also, the mobile app can be made better with more features and smooth use. Few sections are a little confusing for new users — better guidance can help.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to reach our goals quarterly as well as on the yearly basis. You can learn and adapt new skills also by learning the courses from it.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

I love that your able to impersonate users to assist them through any questions or issues they may be experiencing when wanting to share a post on the social feed, set goals for perforamnce reviews, or redeem rewards they've earned. Engagedly has allowed for innovative performance management tool that is user friendly. I check Engagedly everyday to stay current/engaged with employees who share current events or important information on the social feed who may work in a remote envirnmont!

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

One disadvantage of Engagedly is the inability to award multiple badges in 1 post to the same user. I'd like to see some aestetic enhancements - maybe adding more color.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly is helping to connect our remote workforce.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

A Comprehensive Tool for Workforce Management

Engagedly software is a robust solution for modern workforce management, combining goal-setting, feedback, performance management, and 360-degree reviews into one user-friendly platform.

The software's intuitive interface makes it easy for employees and managers to create and track goals, provide continuous feedback, and conduct check-ins and one-on-one meetings. The 360-degree review feature offers a comprehensive view of employee performance, ensuring fair and accurate assessments.

With built-in follow-ups and ongoing engagement features, the platform helps maintain motivation and productivity across teams. Overall, it’s a valuable tool for any organization aiming to enhance employee development and drive success.

The company also provides optimal support when any issues arise or questions. The use of the software is daily, as we utilize most of the features.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There is no spell check in the platform, specifically when creating goals and or performance evaluations . Also adding notes to performance appraisals and bring in other documents to the evaluation it does not allow.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it solves is communication breakdown, and performance management.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Engagedly is a well-intentioned, great looking product that comes up short in some of the more advanced tasks that it is looking to complete. The people at Engagedly are seemingly wonderful...I think they may entertain us more than react to s, but that's another story. Generally, the site is clean, organized, and good to work with for basic functionality.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Development of new tools is short-sighted, basic functionality is missing, logical steps in an upgrade are missing.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery of training content, Performance Management process

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The goal setting feature is great and has worked to help evolve how our organization approaches goal setting.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

For the purposes of how our organization utilizes the check-in feature, it is not very user-friendly. It is complicated that check-ins are avilable only three days prior to the due date but stay available for two weeks after. Also, it is difficult to pull reports to get the information we need. For example, if i were wanting to know which employees did not complete a check-in over the last 90 days I have to filter all the way through the completed ones - it is a lot of cross-referencing.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly is working to shape our continuous performance management and annual goal setting

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The most helpful thing about Engagedly is the Customer Support. My favorite modules are performance and 360, but others are great too!

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Getting lost when you are the Admin who also manages people. Sometime I forget I am in my Teams module when I need to be in Admin.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By implementing AI, it is making the use of the software more efficient.

I like the set up in pending and completed tasks as well as the way the platformed is organized to review materials

I wish there was a dark mode since reading the training modules does cause some eye strain

Wehn I need an explanation or have a question on certain topics at work it helps me get that information in a safe setting

I do wish it was easier to pull reports from engagedly (i.e list of birthday names, tenure, etc.)

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to reach our remote employees and engage in events/activities that we were not able to do before! Engagedly allows us to ecourage employee participation by rewarding employees instantly with points and gift cards. Our remote employees can now feel connected to our company values and we can show how much we value our remote employees!

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The most helpful is that we have options like Overview, Feedback, Chek-in, Learning, Goals, Performance, and Groups. This makes it easier and more helpful while using it. 
I really enjoyed the quarterly check-in also and I felt really good if I got any feedback from our team. Engagedly helps us to learn lots of knowledge from the Library and keep our goals high. This will lead to great performance in the future.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There is nothing to dislike about engagedly. We have all the important options to make us to perform better, eg. the Overview, Feedback option, Check-In, and Goals.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly helps us to give or receive feedback from our employees. This makes us show our performance clearly that we are improving or need to improve. We take these advantages to perform better. Engagedly helps to keep the overall performance of all team members.
