The landing page and forms are probably the features I use the most. I like that I can create a page, make changes to the content, and add a form without having to ask a developer for every small update. The form builder is also straightforward. I can add the fields we need, change them when necessary and use the forms directly on the landing pages. What I find convenient is that the form submissions stay within the same system. When someone fills out a form, I don't have a manually move the information from one tool to another just to keep track of the enquiry. What do you dislike about EngageBay? The landing page editor can take a little time to get used to. Some of the design and editing options aren't immediately obvious, so I had to spend some time figuring out where certain things were. For us, the main benefit is having landing ages and lead forms in one place. We can create a page, add the information we want to collect and start capturing enquiries without having to setup serveral separate tools. It has also made it easier to make changes ourselves instead of waiting on someone else for small updates. We're still using other parts of EngageBay as well, but the landing pages and forms have been particularly useful for our day-to-day lead capture process.
