What I like most about EngageBay is having our contacts, enquiries and follow-ups in one place. We deal with different clients and enquiries and it is much easier for me to see what is going on without having to check different places. I also like the automation for some of the follow-ups we do regularly. It saves a bit of time and means we don't have to rely on someone remembering to do every follow-up manually. For the most part, I find the CRM easy enough to use once you get familiar with it. We don't use every featurre, but the ones we do use are useful for our day-to-day work. It took me sometime to understand where things were and decide what we actually needed. I think the initial setup could be little simpler, especially for someone who hasn't used a CRM before. The main problem it has helped us with is keeping track of enquires and follow-ups. When things are handled through emails and different places, it is easy for something to get missed, particularly when we are busy. With EngageBay, we hae a better view of our contacts and where things stand. I can see what needs attention and keep track of follow-ups without having to keep everything in my head.
