I mainly use EngageBay for managing leads, email follow-ups and automation. The workflow feature has been especially useful for me. I can setup an email sequence once and let it handle the follow-ups instead of having to remember when I need to contact someone again. I also use different workflows depending on where the lead is in the process. What I like most is that I don't have to keep a separate list of reminders for every follow-up. Once everything is setup properly, EngageBay takes care of the routine emails in the background. It has made things much easier for me, especially when I have lot of leads to followup with. When I first started creating more detailed workflows, I had to go through it a few times to understand how I wanted to setup the conditions and actions. It's not a major issues now, but I did have a bit of learning curve in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you? For me, the biggest issue was simply keeping track of follow-ups. I don't want to rely on remembering which leads needs an email today, tomorrow or a few days from now. I use email sequences and workflows to handle that part. If someone enters a particular stage, I can have the relevant emails sent automatically and then setp in when I actually need to have a conversation. It has reduced a lot of the repetitive work for me. I still handle the important conversations myself, but I don't have to spend as much time worrying about whether I forget to follow up with someone.
