"EngageBay Keeps Everything Organized and Moving"

What do you like best about EngageBay?

I mainly use EngageBay to keep my work moving without having to maintain a separate list of everything. I can update a contact, add a note after a conversation, and check recent activity when I need a quick reminder. I also like that I can come back to something later and still have the context there, instead of starting over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The platform can sometimes feel like it has more options than I need on a normal day. I had to spend some time getting used to the layout and figuring out which features were actually useful for me. After that initial adjustment, it became much more comfortable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest change for me has been reducing the amount of information I keep in multiple places. I used to write down notes in different spots just so I wouldn’t forget what needed to be done. Now I can keep those updates with the relevant contact and refer back to them when needed. This has made my workflow less cluttered and much easier to manage when things get busy.
