"EngageBay Makes Contact Management Fast with a Clear 360° View"

What do you like best about EngageBay?

For us, the contact management is probably the most useful part of EngageBay. We have a lot of contacts to deal with, so being able to keep them organized and see their activity in one place saves quite a bit of time.

I particularly like the contact's 360 degree view. Before I follow up with someone , I can quickly check their previous activity, notes, emails and other details instead of trying to remember what happened last time. It gies me a good picture of the contact without having to jump between different screens.

The list management is another feature I use quite often. I keep different group of contacts in seperate lists and the filtering and smart lists make it easier to find the right people when I need them. It's one of those things that seems simple, but becomes quite useful when the number of contacts starts growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

It took me a little while to get used to all the options available in the contact section. There are quite a few filters and settings, so isn't something I understood completely on day one. I would also like a bit more flexibility with some of the list filtering options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

It mainly helps me keep my contacts from becoming messy or scattered. I can organize people into lists, check their history before following up, and keep track of previous interactions in one place. For my day-to-day work that makes contact management much easier than maintaining everything separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
