What do you like best about Engage Beast AI?

We run a marketing agency and manage dozens of brands. The biggest problems across the board have always been missed DMs, ignored user comments, and slow replies ( Mostly No replies from the client team). Clients get frustrated. Leads go cold, lower user retention, lower engagement. It hurts both sales and marketing.

Engage Beast fixed all of that. It pulls every message, DM, and ad comment into one place. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, you name it. And the best part is the AI actually writes the replies for us. It even shows the tone of each comment so we know which ones are urgent, angry, or positive. My team now handles everything way faster and with way less stress. Setup was quick. UI is simple, super easy to integrate. What do you dislike about Engage Beast AI?

Honestly there is nothing to really dislike. It delivers exactly what it promises and has been super reliable. One feature that would make it even better in the future is CRM integration. Being able to sync AI replies and conversations directly with our client pipelines would be a game changer. Even without it Engage Beast is a core part of how we operate now. What problems is Engage Beast AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems we had was getting clients to respond to comments, messages, or questions across different platforms. Sometimes the sales team had access, sometimes support, and sometimes no one was checking. We were even manually chasing clients just to get simple replies back to potential customers.

Engage Beast fixed that by pulling everything into one inbox from places like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and even Google reviews. You can actually see every comment and DM in one place, and the AI helps write replies right away. It's been a big win, especially because a lot of those comments are leads or pre-sale questions. Now nothing slips through the cracks.

For us as the marketing team, it solved a huge problem. It made it easier to prove ROI, increase engagement, and even show real sales lifts/engagements to our clients.
