The smartgroups and group on groups are the primary reason I started using EndNote. They have finally implemented the ability to find multiple reference updates as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Pubmed identification number, which every reference has, cannot be used to search for duplicates

The software intermittently crashes

The inability to copy any kind of group

The need to delete information in order to get Find Reference Updates to offer to update only empty fields

Find Reference updates, although it now can be used on multiple records, counts the records instead of displaying the record number Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
