I mostly use Endel’s Focus mode for long design sessions. Playlists don’t have lyrics or song changes to distract me, so I can focus in deep work for longer stretches without messing with the music. The soundscapes are not looped, but rather change over time, so they’re easy to ignore in a good way. The interface is minimal. You open it, select a mode and it runs. An unexpected benefit is that initiating a session has become a signal for my brain to get into work mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The subscription can seem expensive for what it delivers, especially if you only use one or two modes regularly. After a couple of weeks some of the soundscapes begin to sound similar and I wish there was more variety within each mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
