What do you like best about Encore?

Right off the bat, Encore's support is second-to-none. Reaching out to them through the app connects you with a human who actually cares. Problems are often resolved in the same day, and their support staff are super friendly. Trust and safety are clearly the number one priority for Encore.

They also have a really unique listing style - all of their items are listed in short-form videos with live chat which allow you to meaningfully interact with the sellers and rest of the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encore?

The app currently has slow loading times, probably from their quick growth. Hopefully they sort out their backend soon so auctions will load quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Encore helps sellers list their items in a more unique and engaging way, which is helpful to me as a seller myself. I was able to easily create a video and listing for a collectible, and it had bids within a day.

For buyers, the fact that video is required greatly increases trust and transparency. We can literally see the items and then ask seller questions through the live chat or DMs. It's also really fun to watch the last minute bidding wars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
