What do you like best about Encord?

The UI/control panel is well-designed, making the team management and workload balancing significantly easier.

Encord has the most responsive support team, most of the escalations are resolved within a day or two.

The SDK is comprehensive and easy to use, enabling us to automate the majority of the data pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encord?

As the platform as well as the SDK is constantly evolving, sometimes the documentation could lag behind the latest update.

It would be great if we can have a mobile version to do team management and performance review at least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encord solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, the downloading of annotation was somewhat slow. In response to this, encord added the batch downloading operation, which gives us a 5X speedup.

Our agents would sometimes forget to save the annotation before submission. Encord helped us by sending a notification to the agents submitting the empty labels. The number of empty labels was significantly reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
