What do you like best about Encompass?

Encompass is proficient at the stage of data collection in KYC processes. I also find that it quickly collects information from different places, which would otherwise consume much of my time. The platform is easy to use and interpret, even for those who are not very familiar with such interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encompass?

It takes a lot of time to create various reports for different KYC databases to get an overall picture of a specific client. For instance, think about reconstructing a customer’s financial profile using reports on their bank statements, credit scores, and sanctions lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encompass solving and how is that benefiting you?

I still have to invest a lot of time and conduct entries on reports, and this provides a contradiction to the time I spend collecting data. Encompass eliminates time consumption during the first phase of KYC data gathering. This leads to on shorter time that it takes to bring new people into a company and satisfied customers.
