The best feature of the Encircle platform is its ease of use. We can literally train a technician, even those who are initially intimidated, in less than 15 minutes, including industry best practices. I did not mention their customer service is five star rated in my book. During a large loss project, we had a challenge. My call was returned in less than an hour and the challenge ended up being on my end. Regardless, the Encircle team is always respectful to anyone who calls.
