## Encharge Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive Workflow Automation with Room for More Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy L. | Content Strategist, Freelance Writer, Editor, Author, Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I like that Encharge is intuitive and super easy to use. The drag-and-drop editor is really simple, making it easy to navigate and understand, even for beginners. The automation is flawless, allowing me to integrate with other programs and automate all kinds of tasks, which saves me tons of time. The switch to Encharge through a lifetime deal from AppSumo has been fantastic, and it's one of the best deals we've purchased. It's an extremely valuable tool, and I've recommended it to a number of people.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

There could be more ecommerce integration. They've got some, but it would be nice to have a simple API or other integration from other sales products like FourthWall, and programs like that. It's something that can be done through using something like Zapier or Mazor, but it's not built into the system. It would be nice if those were built into the system itself.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge automates email flows for purchases and new subscribers, delivering lead magnets and directing them into sales funnels.

  ### 2. We automated our entire customer journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamas J. | Founder | Reputation Management Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

The visual flow builder is easily the best part. I’ve used a lot of automation tools where you get lost in lists and menus, but Encharge lets me map out the entire user journey on one canvas. As an agency owner, I don't have time to mess with complex code. Being able to drag a "Trial Started" trigger and connect it to an email sequence in seconds - without asking a developer for help - is a massive win for us. It’s intuitive, fast, and actually fun to use.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I’d love to see more advanced reporting. Right now, it’s easy to see who opened an email, but I want to see a deeper breakdown of how specific flows impact our long-term revenue numbers without having to export everything to a spreadsheet. The integration list is solid, but adding a few more direct, non-Zapier connections for smaller apps would be the icing on the cake.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Encharge, our data was scattered. Our billing info was in Stripe, but our emails were elsewhere, so we couldn't send targeted messages based on actual user behaviour. Encharge fixed that "data silo" problem for Everfect. Now, we can send automated nudges the moment a user gets stuck or celebrate when they hit a milestone. It has directly improved our trial-to-paid conversion rate and basically acts as a 24/7 customer success team that never sleeps.

  ### 3. High Deliverability and Intuitive UI, But Development Lagging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafał M. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I use Encharge for email marketing, and I really like the UX/UI because it's clean, fast, works great, and is very intuitive. The deliverability is high for both transactional and marketing campaigns. I also appreciate the variety of forms and integrations available. I can use a generic form/popup builder or integrate with almost any popup builder, which is super convenient. Additionally, it helps me recognize subscribers on my website when they return from emails and track their actions, allowing me to send additional emails to boost conversions. The initial setup is easy with a wizard; just connect your domain and paste the JS code, and you're done.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

slow in development - I think that developers team is small. For example, to have generic popup/forms I had to wait 2 years.

**Recommendations to others considering Encharge:**

Must have if you want to get rid zapier/pabbly/integromat when running Facebook Leads.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge recognizes returning subscribers on my website, tracks actions, and boosts conversions with follow-up emails. Its clean UX, high deliverability for campaigns, and flexible form integrations greatly enhance my marketing strategies.

  ### 4. Simplifies Marketing Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Founder of Creeklife - A fundraising website for outdoor related projects, Civic & Social Organization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

Encharge has been a great tool for building and managing marketing automations without a lot of unnecessary complexity. The visual automation builder makes it easy to understand what’s happening at every step, which is especially helpful when working with longer or more detailed workflows.

Creating email sequences, tagging contacts, and setting up conditions feels intuitive, and the platform does a good job of keeping things organized. I really like how automation can be based on user behavior, so campaigns feel more targeted and less like mass email blasts.

The UI is clean, the workflow logic makes sense, and the tool feels designed for real-world use rather than just packed with features. Overall, Encharge is a strong choice if you want flexible automation that’s easy to manage and scale.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

While Encharge has strong automation features, I found parts of the platform less intuitive than expected, especially when setting up more advanced workflows. Just a learning cure.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge helps automate customer communication and segmentation, saving time and ensuring messages are sent based on real user behavior instead of manual follow-ups.

  ### 5. Intuitive Automation Builder That Saves Time and Simplifies Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojciech G. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

The visual automation builder is incredibly intuitive. I can map out my entire customer journey without getting lost in menus or code. The platform focuses on clarity and it’s very easy to see where leads are, what triggers them, and how each step performs. The integrations feel reliable and onboarding was smooth. It just saves time.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

There is a learning curve in the beginning if you come from simple email tools. Some advanced options could use more tooltips or examples. The template library could be bigger. Nothing major, but you need a little time to understand how everything works.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge is helping me eliminate the scattered and manual approach I used to have to managing email communication and onboarding. Before, I had separate tools for forms, email campaigns, tagging, and behavior tracking, and none of them really worked together the way I needed. With Encharge, I can build one automation flow that handles everything — collecting leads, segmenting them based on actions, and sending the right message automatically.

The visual builder makes it easy to spot gaps in my funnel and lets me improve it without spending hours clicking through menus. The biggest benefit is saved time and clarity — instead of hoping my contacts go where they should, I can now see every step of the journey and adjust it instantly.

  ### 6. Review from former Kit user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

As a former Kit user, I was a bit skeptical when looking for a new email marketing solution. I wanted a tool that was easy to use, but offered a robust solution. I need an email marketing provider that will handle complicated flows, comprehensive user tagging, and Encharge offers all of that. Another worry I had was integrations with other tech tools I was using. I was happy to discover that all other tools I'm using for my business were possible to connect to Encharge quite easily. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and setup was genuinely straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

The only downside I see is little documentation available on how to set up the software, but I was able to do it fairly easily with the written documentation provided.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's an easy to use tagging system, you can build easy or more complicated flows, depending on your needs. I want to build multiple sequences, and tag people based on what digital products they downloaded, and it's all possible in Encharge.

  ### 7. Streamlines B2B SaaS Marketing with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harley L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I like Encharge because it’s behavior-first marketing automation built for actual B2B SaaS teams. It’s powerful enough to scale, but simple enough that we don’t need a dedicated ops person to run it. The visual flow builder is incredibly intuitive with drag-and-drop, no code, and clear logic, allowing us to build complex nurture, onboarding, and lead routing flows quickly. It’s reliable, never glitches, and easy to debug. The real-time behavioral tracking and segmentation work perfectly, updating automatically and ensuring relevant messages. Lead scoring is flexible and easy to set up, allowing us to score based on behavior, firmographics, role, and activity level. We appreciate the easy and fast initial setup compared to other automation tools.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I don't like that there's no native in-app messaging. It does behavioral email and user tracking well, but you need a separate tool for in-app messages, modals, or checklists. Segments are powerful but can be slow and buggy at scale. When you have thousands of users and multiple nested conditions, segments can take a long time to load or refresh. Sometimes people don’t enter or exit segments in real time like they should, causing delays that break time-sensitive follow-ups. There's no way to debug why someone is or isn’t in a segment without support help.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge fixes lead chaos by auto-scoring leads, ensuring sales focus only on ready-to-buy prospects, saving time. It automates lead routing, eliminating missed opportunities. It also tailors email campaigns, boosting engagement and trial conversions.

  ### 8. Powerful Automation Platform That Actually Makes Marketing Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet F. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

Encharge.io has been a game-changer for my business. The platform is intuitive, fast, and built for people who want to automate their customer journeys without needing to be a full-time tech wizard. The visual flow builder is one of the best I’ve used — clean, logical, and incredibly flexible, allowing you to map out multi-step automations with ease.
AppSumo
+1

One of Encharge’s standout strengths is its behavior-based automation capabilities, which let you tailor email sequences based on real user activity rather than just simple triggers like opens or clicks. This makes onboarding, lead nurturing, and retention campaigns feel personal and timely.
rhrasel.com

What I love most is how deeply it integrates with my CRM, payment tools, and other essential platforms. Once everything is connected, Encharge handles the heavy lifting: segmenting, tagging, nurturing, lead activation triggers, and sending the right message at the right time.
Encharge

Their support team is also consistently responsive and helpful. Every time I had a question, I could rely on timely and clear guidance.
G2

If you’re looking for an automation platform that’s powerful but still easy to use, Encharge is absolutely worth it.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

While Encharge.io is powerful, there are a couple of areas where it can feel a bit challenging — especially for new users. Because the platform offers advanced automation capabilities and flexible logic, there can be a learning curve at the beginning as you get familiar with the workflow builder and all of the customization options. Additionally, compared to some competitors, Encharge’s email template library is more limited, meaning you might spend extra time designing or importing your own templates rather than selecting from a wide range of ready-to-use options. These aspects aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re worth knowing if you’re just getting started or want lots of pre-built designs.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge solves one of the biggest challenges many businesses face today: turning scattered customer interactions into meaningful, automated journeys that actually drive engagement and conversions. Without Encharge, I would be juggling separate tools for email marketing, segmentation, customer tracking, and automation logic — which can lead to disconnected data, manual work, and missed opportunities.

At its core, Encharge centralizes customer behavior data and automates responses based on what my audience actually does, not just whether they opened an email. This means instead of sending generic blasts, I can tailor messaging and follow-ups based on real signals like product usage, sign-ups, link clicks, or even subscription milestones. The result is a smarter, more relevant communication strategy that nurtures leads, increases retention, and boosts conversions.

  ### 9. Effortless Workflow Management for Multiple Businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coach Lacey P. | Community Manager and Outreach Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I have really enjoyed the fact that Encharge has "workspaces" for multiple businesses. I am a serial entrepreneur and having all of my email campaigns available in one convenient application has drastically increased my workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I am still playing around with Encharge, but as of right now, the only thing that is quite frustrating is the fact that if you archive anything accidentally, you must reach out to customer support to get that archived recovered. HOWEVER, the customer support did recover those archived pieces relatively quickly (within 48 hours). The second thing is that Encharge doesn't currently have landing pages. I had planned on using liquid tags via archetype quiz, but will have to create an external landing page for those quiz results. With 192+ businesses requesting landing page, I'm sure that will be addressed in the future

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform keeps everything in one central location. I do appreciate that it verifies domains quickly and effectively. I've had little problem with the set up. If you've used other mailing platforms, then this platform is relatively intuitive. I have several businesses that utilize email campaigns and broadcasts — a nice feature is to "share" email templates and flows with other workspaces within your ecosystem.

  ### 10. Effortless Email Automation with Visual Appeal

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martine J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I use Encharge mainly for email automation and customer follow-up. It helps me automate my email marketing without stress and allows me to send the right message to the right people based on their behavior, saving a lot of time. I like how easy it is to build automation flows. The visual builder makes everything clear, and I don't need to be super technical to use it. It's valuable because I don't have to depend on a developer to set things up. I can quickly build and adjust flows myself whenever I need to. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit slow when working on bigger flows. I think it could be improved by optimizing performance for larger flows so the builder loads and responds faster.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Encharge for email automation and customer follow-up. It helps me automate email marketing without stress, sending the right messages based on behavior, saving a lot of time. I like building automation flows easily with the visual builder, no need to depend on a developer.
