What do you like best about Empower Stock Plan Services?

Incredibly easy to set up and highly knowledgeable staff providing support throughout the implementation process. We had a relatively simple plan and the OT team made the process easy enough for me to set up on my own, without the help of external consultants or other costly implementation resources.

Would highly recommend this to any company looking to migrate into a cost-effective, robust platform, that still provides great customer support and ease of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Empower Stock Plan Services?

Like any new platform being implemented, it takes some time to get used to the functionality. With that said, the implementation and support teams were incredibly helpful in patiently walking me through new tools and reports as I was using them for the first time. What problems is Empower Stock Plan Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing OT, we were managing the employee RSU issuance in excel, which can be very succeptible to human error and incorrect calculations.
