What do you like best about Empower By Ringover?

The ease with which I can retrieve calls. And the visibility that Ringover offers me on all the people to whom the call has been routed and redirected, the live and recorded listening, it allows me to optimize my working time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Empower By Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ringover allows me to save time and increase efficiency. I can listen directly on the app or download it to listen again later. I can also check the different agents to whom the call was transferred and those who did not pick up. This gives me better visibility on the call journey. Also, I can precisely find a call in the call history by time and date and identify the people who either received, made, or missed the calls.
