From a lower admin point of view, I like how easy the system is to use. I like being able to make new office forms myself. The system is very user friendly with tutorials, as well as tech support immediately available. I like that the emPerform technology is supporting important convos between my upper managers and their work reports. our managers are freed up to keep attention on bigger tasks.
