**What do you like best about Emercury?**

Emercury makes everything easier by putting automation, campaign management, and deliverability all in one place. It's easy to set up the automation workflows, and they let campaigns run smoothly without constant supervision.

Deliverability is a great feature because it makes sure that emails always get to inboxes, which is important for getting leads and reaching out. I also like how easy it is to divide up audiences and make campaigns more personal on a large scale.

**What do you dislike about Emercury?**

When you set up more complicated automation workflows, it takes a little time to learn how to do it. But once everything is set up, the system works well and quickly.

**What problems is Emercury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing large outreach campaigns and nurturing leads used to take a lot of work and a lot of tools before Emercury. This made it hard to scale campaigns and took a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Emercury?**

Emercury has made communication a lot easier by making it possible to automate things. Once campaigns are set up, they run smoothly without needing to be watched all the time.

The platform is also very reliable; emails are always sent on time, which is important for keeping in touch with clients and partners in a professional way. I also like how easy it is to sort contact lists and divide audiences into groups so that messages are more relevant.

**What do you dislike about Emercury?**

It can take some time to fully understand how to set up automation workflows at first, especially when trying to improve segmentation. But once everything is set up, everything works perfectly.

**What problems is Emercury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Emercury, it took a lot of work to keep track of internal and client communications. Sending out updates, newsletters, and follow-ups took a lot of time and wasn't always reliable.

Before implementing Emercury, preparing recurring campaigns required multiple manual steps every week. Different audience groups were managed separately, which created unnecessary operational work for our marketing team.
What improved most was workflow organization. Once our campaign structures and audience segments were properly configured, recurring communication became significantly easier to manage.
The platform also helped reduce the amount of internal verification we previously needed before launching campaigns.

Our organization communicates with multiple audience groups regularly, including students, instructors, and partners. Before using Emercury, those processes were managed manually across different systems.

The biggest improvement has been centralization. Instead of rebuilding communication processes repeatedly, we now have a more structured workflow that our team can maintain consistently.

We also appreciate that the platform feels practical rather than overly complicated.

The automation features are incredibly helpful — once set up, guest follow-ups and promotional campaigns run automatically without constant input. This has improved repeat bookings and customer engagement.

The platform is also very easy to use, even for non-technical users. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team is responsive and genuinely helpful when needed.

There are a few areas where additional integrations with other hospitality tools would be helpful. That said, the existing features cover most day-to-day needs effectively.

I like how straightforward and effective Emercury is for day-to-day B2B email marketing—it doesn’t overload you with unnecessary features, but it has everything we actually need to run reliable campaigns. The email editor is intuitive and loads quickly, so we can build and launch professional templates without waiting on slow tools or needing a designer. I really appreciate their deliverability and support—our open rates improved almost immediately after switching, and whenever we’ve had questions about setup, authentication, or campaign performance, the support team responds fast and gives clear, actionable advice. I value how Emercury combines ease of use with strong deliverability, which is crucial for a busy B2B marketing team. The drag‑and‑drop email editor is incredibly straightforward and fast, making it simple to create clean, professional, mobile‑friendly emails quickly without coding. This allows us to launch campaigns faster and respond to timely opportunities. Emercury’s tools for authentication, list cleaning, and compliance have significantly improved our deliverability, ensuring more prospects and clients see our messages, which directly enhances lead engagement and conversions. The initial setup was also straightforward and relatively quick, definitely easier than other platforms we’ve tested.

**What do you dislike about Emercury?**

The contact import process can be slow with very large lists. Some of the dashboard navigation feels a little outdated and takes extra clicks to get to common settings. The dashboard navigation and overall UI also feel outdated and could use a major refresh to improve efficiency. Some of the most commonly used features—like campaign settings, list segmentation, and automation triggers—are buried under multiple submenus, which slows down our team, especially newer users. The layout isn’t always intuitive, and the design feels less modern compared to other email marketing tools we’ve used. We’d love to see a more streamlined, customizable dashboard that puts key metrics and frequently used functions front and center, reduces the number of clicks to complete routine tasks, and offers clearer labeling for less tech-savvy team members.

I use Emercury to streamline B2B email marketing, replacing manual workflows and scattered spreadsheets. It automates lead nurturing and segmentation, improving engagement. Emercury ensures compliance and enhances deliverability, helping our emails land in inboxes, boosting open rates. It centralizes email management efficiently.
