What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

I like that Chrome River is synched with Uber so that receipts for ground travel are readily available to upload and submit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would advise to always have a matter # to which to bill the expenses otherwise you cannot submit the charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’d also like to address your concerns and let you know that the issues you mentioned can easily be resolved with additional product training, which your administrator can provide. Please see below for a breakdown addressing your concerns:

1. Process Visibility

With Chrome River’s tracking capabilities, both users and administrators (approvers/finance) have full visibility into where expenses are in the approval process, as well as the timeline for completion.

2. Matter Numbers

Your firm made the decision to require matter numbers when setting up the system, since billable expenses at a law firm must be assigned to a matter number. Chrome River enables customers to fully configure the system around their business requirements and procedures.

3. Adding Receipts

Photocopying and uploading receipts is just one way of adding receipts to an expense report. Chrome River also supports mobile expense reporting, so you can submit expenses anywhere, from any device and get reimbursed faster. Here are some of the ways you can upload receipts with Chrome River:

- Direct integration in the Uber app

- Ability to forward receipts received in email

- Ability to snap & send receipt photos via email

- A free app in the App Store (Chrome River SNAP) to snap receipt photos and upload them instantly
