What do you like best about EmbedReviews?

From day 1, EmbedSocial have made the process of collating reviews and displaying them on our websites so easy. Any questions I have or issues I faced were answered quickly.

A special mention to Didi for her help, positivity and service. I manage a customer service team, so I appreciate seeing great service when I need it from other companies. If Didi's bosses read this, she deserves a pay rise and all the praise you can give her. She's one of your stars there, and if it wasn't for her quick help and easy way to explain problems, we may have searched elsewhere for the software we needed. What do you dislike about EmbedReviews?

I dislike that Didi doesn't work for us with her attitude towards resolving customers' queries haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EmbedReviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate 1 website but across 25+ languages and countries, meaning there were initially some translation issues plus languages not supported on EmbedSocial's site. The Embed team, especially Didi, worked diligently to resolve this issue and are keen to help with languages we still need added for any new website launch in a country not listed in their languages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
