What do you like best about Emakin?

Emakin provides a highly flexible low-code platform that allows us to manage a wide range of business processes in a centralized structure.

We actively use it for multiple workflows such as request management, document approvals, expense processes, travel requests, and ticket operations.

The ability to design and manage processes like:

Request & approval workflows (leave, travel, expense)

Ticket and demand management

Document and contract approval flows

Training and HR-related processes

Integration-driven operations

makes it a powerful platform for cross-departmental usage.

What do you dislike about Emakin?

The platform has a learning curve, particularly for users without a technical background when building more advanced workflows.

Before Emakin, many of our processes were either manual or scattered across different systems.
