What do you like best about eMaint?

What I find most helpful about emaint is the amount of documentation available. The interface is very user-friendly, and it can be configured to fit our purpose and needs. The flexibility to add fields and workflows, along with the ability to create reports, has been very useful. It also integrates easily with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint?

So far, I don’t have any dislikes, since we have enough support options available. The only thing is that it can become a little difficult to play around with the system-generated fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the scheduled work orders, and I also appreciate being able to make the system more user-friendly by adding custom fields and using workflows to automatically populate values when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
