The most important thing about using the product is that for trying you don't have to register your credit card, you can just create the account and start using it. It has some pre-defined templates for sending out emails which help a lot for a person who is just starting up and does not have experience setting up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing that I dislike about the product is that though there are lot of pre-defined templates but still some of them are missing from the lot and to create those templates for a beginner is no less than a task. The pricing and the support for the product is not for smaller companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
