We were searching for a solution that will clean-up our existing email database from bad emails, and also for one that we will implement on the touchpoints were the new emails are entering into our system.

After testing several providers, Emailable was the choosen one - it was very effective on the test databases, while at the same time very easy to use.

Later, in the production on the large sample, after we've sent email campaign to the cleared database, there were some hard bounced and invalid emails, but those were just 0,19% of the database that Emailable cleaned up.

I found emailable to be very easy to use as we had to test emails from a list that is problematic because of industry (bar and restaurant) that has so much churn that it makes email programs think you are using a bunk or nefarious list of email addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that there is even more room to keep good (tested) emails longer and to be able to form consolidated lists within the system instead of pulling them out to deal with elsewhere later. Just nitpicking with a feature request. Would be nice to have re-check feature to try best of 3 or similar, at least for unknown emails. We could have like a 12 hour cooldown, before re-trying again. Most of the tools I've used don't filter out catch-alls and disposable emails properly. Emailable was the most accurate and fastest when doing so. The no-reply detection is also a very nice touch that I haven't seen before. It also verifies everything significantly faster than other tools.
