One thing I really appreciate about Netcore Email API is that it gives us good control over our email operations without making things too complicated. The inbox delivery is quite consistent, which is important for transactional emails. I also find the real-time tracking useful when we want to quickly check delivery or engagement. The product is working well for our requirements, but the dashboard and overall UI could be made a little more intuitive. Some options are not immediately easy to find, especially for a new user, so it takes some time to get familiar with the platform. A cleaner navigation and simpler layout would make the day-to-day experience much easier.
