What do you like best about ELXCHATBOT AI?

It takes all our accumulated support knowledge and automates it. We also love the responsive customer service - they have added several features based on our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELXCHATBOT AI?

Nothing major - although we'd like a feature that allows for greater integration with our app (pre-populating information) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ELXCHATBOT AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing us to offer an after hours service that we could never reliably do before. It also gives greater triage before our manual support handlers take over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
