What do you like best about Elvanto?

I like that I can see both a high-level view of the church, with reports and statistics, but at the same time, I can drill down to a very granular view and see how individual people are doing. As a pastor, I need to have both a view for the whole church and the individual person, and this software helps me to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elvanto?

One minor difficulty we have been encountering is with people with the same name in the system. It would be helpful if we could set a primary key as an email address, rather than just a system ID that is hidden from the interface. When looking up people, it can be difficult to distinguish between people with the same name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Elvanto:

You need adoption from the church staff. If some staff use it and others don't, it will drastically affect the usefulness of the system for your church. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elvanto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of how to ensure we are caring for every person in our church. The system helps prevent people from falling through the cracks. Previously, we used various spreadsheets to track different processes and inevitably there would be breakdowns. This system helps us to prevent those breakdowns and ensure we track everyone.
