What do you like best about Eltropy?

What I like best about Eltropy is how effortlessly it brings all our member communications into one place. We can text, chat, or even jump on a video call—all without switching systems. It feels modern, intuitive, and really built for how people want to communicate today. Plus, the platform is secure and compliant, which gives us peace of mind when handling sensitive financial conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eltropy?

If I had to pick something, I’d say the platform felt a little overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features (which is great), but it took us some time to get the hang of everything. A few parts of the interface aren’t super intuitive right out of the gate. That said, once we got past the learning curve, it started to really click—and their support team was great about helping us through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eltropy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Eltropy mainly to communicate with our members across multiple channels—especially for texting, secure chat, and video banking. It helps us with things like loan processing updates, appointment scheduling, and general member support.
