Using eloomi makes managing employee learning quick and easy. Setting up the system takes very little time, and creating new courses or programs is both easy and fast. Eloomi has a powerful tool for both students and managers / admins to reviewing learning and checking up on course completion. For students, the system is completely intuitive – if they know how to use social media or an online email program, eloomi will feel completely familiar and easy to use. Eloomi also gives managers and employees a great tool to keep track of goals, as well as supporting a coaching conversation for reaching those goals or improving performance through a message feature. The performance appraisal tool gives managers and HR a great visual of the employees’ performance, as well as being very helpful with the actual appraisal and preparation for the one-on-one conversation.
