Dayforce is a time saver; what use to take us 3 days to process payroll, now we can accomplish it in 1 1/2 days.

  ### 2. Great All-in-One Solution for HR Management

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Ceridian Dayforce is designed well and easy to navigate. It also has modern day features not present in our older legacy platform, such as end-user customization and SSO. These are small features but they go a long way toward improving our quality of life.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

At this point, I have no complaints with Ceridian Dayforce. It offers a much more intuitive solution for HR needs than our previous solution. It has also allowed us to retire another solution as that functionality was brought into this tool.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization uses Ceridian Dayforce to store and manage employee information. HR forms, earning statements, time-off balances and requests, benefit renewal and employee reviews are all handled within the tool, which has greatly simplified our HR processes.

  ### 3. Full Life Circle Cloud Based HCM and Payroll System

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

The ease of the system from applicant to employee and manager to CEO experience!  Start requisition process workflow and once approved then the job is advertised, candidate applies and is an applicant in the system.  Applicants are manages and once hired at a click of a button they go from applicant to employee and they are managed through to retire all via workflows.  The ease of the system is user friendly and very manageable for global companies.  The payroll application is amazing!!  You enter the address (or the employee enters their address with a workflow and is accepted by a team member on HR or payroll) and the system knows exactly what the taxes should be based on residence and work locations and handles federal, state, locals, and even school district taxes all tied up in one easy bundle!  Employee self service for all one-stop shopping for direct deposit, to benefits, to seeing pay statements and tax forms all in one easy platform with one user name and password and even Single Sign-On.  Everything is saved in the cloud and therefore no more paper - all personnel files are electronic.  We utilize background screening and I-9's through the Ceridian Dayforce platform as well so all truly wrapped up in one neat and easy to use system.  Self-Service for managers to approve time away and time-sheet hours; all flows to payroll and is calculated based on timestamp and date driven.  New hires and terms have prorates done by system and OT is based on true OT worked hours and no more manual calculations when someone is on PTO or there is a company holiday during the work week.  System also knows when someone starts LOA to prorate the salaried pay as well as when someone returns from LOA.  All rule driven and built based on YOUR company's policies and procedures as well as compliance under Federal and State regulations.  Great learning platform for updates and new modules or upgrades to the system and all on-line classes offer certification credits for PR an HR certifications.  Ceridian is always developing new programs/platforms to keep up to date and ahead of the market in this space.  They listen to their customers and act on the needs based on customer outreach and feedback.  Professional, friendly teams and great transparent communications; including direct to their CEO!!!

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The mobile app needs to be improved; Ceridian is aware of this and has made enhancements over the last year and continues to strive to build on this part of their platform and I feel they will make positive strides over the next 18 months.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

consider the friendly and professional implementation and support teams that will add value to your teams and your organization and will be able to take your company to the next level.  The time that your team members will save due to the efficiencies that Dayforce offers will allow career growth and better use of team members time to innovate, win and grow the business you work with.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll tax concerns are no longer an issue
One platform is being met; so longer dual entry or wasted data entry time.
Global capabilities are met
Standardizing processes and procedures was easily done while building the application during implementation.
Workflows shows auditors where the work began and ended including all approvals along the way and date and time stamps are included.
Open enrollment and benefits platforms are being utilized and saving time with efficiencies by using the workflow and rule based technology.
Applicant tracking to employee team members to promotions, pay changes, to retire are all within one system and easily tracked and managed.
Time savings has been outstanding and our ROI is positive!!

It is a robust system that can do a lot.

It can be complicated and difficult to learn. Things are very inter-connected, which for us has created more potential room for error.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can house all the employee data that we need and provide incredibly detailed reports. It is customizable in pretty much every sense.

nothing. but it would be nice if it were able to log into work from my device when the work computer is not accessible for whatever reason

i have had no problems with this app . I love how easily i can sign in and check my shedule , message co workers and request time off

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Dayforce is a strong, easy to use application on both my phone (an Android) as well as my computer (which happens to be a Macbook). Its easy to confirm my availability, shifts, and timesheet which are the main things I use it for. This is also handy for a large company because we can trade shifts among employees incredibly easily and managers simply confirm the switches (or not). The calendar syncs to my GoogleCal as well as the phone calendar app without issue. One flaw is it seems to require me to re-sync multiple times, but it's a simple single click to do so. The app also tracks AR, though I haven't used it yet, it seems straightforward.  All in all: this is a complete system, useful, and I use it daily. No problems so far! 4.5 out of 5 stars for my purposes. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

It would be great if the syncing issue were fixed or I could figure out what is preventing it from happening automatically, but there's no information given. I also think it's be a great upgrade to link the phone to our work wifi or something to enable punching in and out via the app to save time and congestion issues at meal breaks and shift changes.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are outlined in my review,  but include: efficiency, accessibility, provides all employee information in an easy to use and editable app. Allows employees to swap shifts among one another without supervisor involvement every time.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

The thing I like the best about using Dayforce for work at DSW is that I can control and be aware of everything regarding my schedule in one app. Not to mention having the ability to trade shifts, request time off, view balances, check messages, and more. I really love how simple the app is to use as well. It is easy to learn and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The thing that I dislike the most about using Dayforce is not having the ability to see paystubs and track the number of hours worked per week/pay period. I also dislike how there is no ability to message other associates within the application, especially because it would be helpful when trading shifts.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

I think that overall Ceridian Dayforce is a great application, especially in retail to view schedules and make it easy for associates to swap shifts and be aware of any schedule changes. There is certainly room for improvement in the aspect of the messaging on the application, as well as being able to view paystubs and weekly amount of hours. However, overall Dayforce checks all the boxes and is a great app.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Ceridian Dayforce I benefit by being able to view my schedule when it posts, trade shifts that I might need to switch, request time off when I know I will be out of town or for any other reason, as well as being able to view balances.

The single solution for T&A, HR, Payroll and everything else that is offers!

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

There is not much to dislike about the product as it offers so much to the admin and end users but I would say customer support is an area that needs focus.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

Ceridian offers a clean and intuitive HCM platform and at the same time offers all the flexibility you need in a HCM product. I would recommend this product to everyone that is looking at moving away from ADP or similar product.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting aspect has been a huge time saver but eliminating the pills of paper that payroll and hr had. We have streamlined our hiring process and have saved countless hours and 1 FTE.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I find Dayforce very easy to navigate because it has a simplified interface design. This makes the system easy to use from an admin perspective, but has also been helpful with end user acceptance across the organization. Whether on a desktop or the mobile app, Dayforce is very user friendly. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The payroll module is complicated and not user-friendly. it took me a long time to get familiar with that navigation. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

Make sure to form a strategic cross-funcitonal team before implementing.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once of my favorite features that Dayforce offers is their mobile app. It's easy to setup, easy to navigate, and offers a ton of functionality for a very mobile employee population. As the mobile app continues to evolve, it makes managing employees and completing required tasks in Dayforce on the go that much easier. Amazing!

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I like how all the links are right on the homepage, front and center. Everything I need isn’t hard to find. I can see my hours scheduled and they’re counted for me. Payroll stubs are a huge benefit. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The mobile website is glitchy. It won’t show half of some pop ups (example pay stubs and calendar schedule). I have to refresh a few times. Even with the zoom feature I can’t see most of the page. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

I’d definitely get it. It’s simple and very easy to use. Any payroll or scheduling questions can be answered by logging in rather than having to go to your manager. 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved are easy scheduling, so I don’t have to use another software program. Benefits: hours are summarized for me, I can see paystubs the day I receive my check, direct deposit form is easy to set up.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I love how easy it is to view your work schedule and release it so that someone else could pick it up. Also it is easy to request time off or change your availability, and to clock in for work. The best part is that the app is free!

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

I dislike how the app logs you out after a little bit. It would be great if it kept me signed in or had the option to remember my password so I could log in faster.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

I would recommend Dayforce if you need something that is easy to use,  available anytime, and the app is free! It is so convenient 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so easy to contact my co workers and/or trade shifts or change my availability at the press of a button. I also love being able to request time off anytime I want to.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

We are a multi-national company with employees in both Canada and the US. The system works seamlessly for both US and Canada. The best part about Dayforce is the fully integrated system. I have used a number of "fully integrated" systems in the past that weren't actually integrated at all. With Dayforce, you are getting the total package. With WFM, HCM and Payroll. The information flows seamlessly between each module. The flexibility of the design allows us to customize the system to meet the needs of our business. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The software itself is not as visibly appealing as other software's such as Workday. In addition, I dislike that some of the features only work with Silverlight. I'm pleased to hear that they are moving everything into HTML so that we no longer have to use Silverlight. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

I have used ADP Workforce Now, Workday and Ceridian Dayforce. Out of all the products that I have used in the past, Ceridian Dayforce is the best option. It has the best functionality and its the easiest to use. It has a far superior support team than the other softwares. Ceridian really cares about its clients. 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We always had a difficult time trying to track vacation (paid time off) for our employees. We've been able to successfully track time off.

Ceridian dayforce is so helpful because all of the things that you need to access are in one place you can get all of your messages on boarding time off request schedule all linked together

At least helpful thing about Dayforce is that you see other peoples messages as well as your own it would be helpful to only receive yours

Consider what it looks like from employee standpoint in terms of Employee use because all of the items necessary for work are located in one area and all documents can be shared with in day force for both supervisors and employees which is used especially when it comes to time off requests payroll accessing documents and scheduling

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dayforce makes it easy to make a schedule request vacation time request you your schedule as well as other coworkers and see all of the messages that you need to see as well as keeping everything together with on boarding

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

At Rubio's we were intensely paper-based... I say intense because there was so much paper coming in that we were always buried in it. We used ADP at the time. After a lot of consideration and a lengthy vetting out process we chose Ceridian Dayforce and are about 90% paperless... it is fantastic! 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

I am not happy that they are getting rid of Silverlight... but only because it worked for me. Apparently, it doesn't work with a lot of company's internal systems. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

As with any implementation to a new software, testing is crucial. You honestly can't test enough. I know most HR teams run lean and there isn't extra bandwidth to in implementation to reserve for testing but you HAVE to do it... it will save you so many headaches after you go Live. 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

99% paper based to 90% paperless!! It is so liberating!

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

the managers and employees have ease with the software and genuinely enjoy - I personally can navigate with no problem with my job responsibilities

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

the loading of the screen times and the system errors and having to relog back in especially on committal days - not having a check calculator option - the employees like to use this especially during open enrollment periods and tax filing times - not having this hinders 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are the processing of setting up Onboarding and should ease the new employee experience so they are ready to start work on their first day  - punching in is easier through the mobile just need to be able for managers to approve their My Day/Pay approve checklist from it

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Strong and efficient payroll processing engine with tons of jazz while maintaining a user-friendly interface that is intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

I dont like that I can't copy and paste my time card across the whole week. It must be manually re-entered for each day.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the "next scheduled shift" section and use the calendar interface often to keep track of my schedule through out the week.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

The calendar view is helpful. You’re also able to add comments to a time-off request. There are many options to choose from: Sick, Personal, Vacation, etc depending on your company’s structure for time-off. If you’re off during a bank holiday, it won’t subtract hours from your vacation time for that holiday. You can also access pay statements and health benefits easily. Dayforce is user-friendly and intuitive. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Time-off requests don’t automatically discount weekends, which means that if I am away for days that include Saturday/Sunday, I have to put in several different requests to ensure that the system only takes off Monday-Friday hours.

It allows for me to check all of the related HR information on one system, including any benefits-related details e.g. dental/health/eye plans.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Dayforce is handy because it offers a quick way for me to check my work schedule anywhere at any time. The mobile version is clear and easy to use, and instantly updates with clock punches. Syncing to your calendar on your phone is easy, and the scheduled day changes color when adjusted, which is helpful in alerting you if your manager changes your schedule on you last minute without notifying you. It is quick and easy to check when the next payday is, as well as the amount on the check and the breakdown of deductions, hours, and bonus pool payouts. The clock in website is clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The mobile app is limited with adjusting punch times, and could benefit from a quicker setup to switch between manager and associate views. It would also be helpful to see actual worked hours on the mobile app, as well as more of the desktop functions that Dayforce offers.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dayforce helps our associates keep track of how close we are to overtime, which is good because we get in trouble for going over. I have used Dayforce mobile many times to check specific paystub details, and it helps me to feel more in-the-know about hours worked and compensation.

Dayforce would be much better if they can have the feature of keep track student age when they turn to 18 years of age as well upgrade their rate automatically from student rate to regular minimum rate on their 18th birthday! 
Another weakness is the on-boarding should have developed to the point where allow the user to update their company form and sign directly on the form electronically without needing to print out and sign on a hard copy.
Also, It would be great if can allow to send out a mass email to communicate with all team members based on department or company or multi-company.

Dayforce is a very user-friendly! Payroll can be done in One screen, which is a pleasant to do payroll . Also, since I used Dayforce, all my payroll notes have been become fewer as I could have it done in Dayforce as well. Time consuming well and fewer things to remember for me!

Dayforce has continued to evolve from just an overly simplistic time tracking application into a very sophisticated robust HCM application in a short time. The continued focus on delivering more product enhancements is very refreshing based on experiences we have had with other vendors.

The growing pains from the rapid movement to enhance the application has cause a less than desirable experience with support. This is also due to high turnover in the support department resulting in getting a support person assigned to cases that have less experience on the application than a user submitting an issue.

When planning on implementing the application, have clearly defined phases with clearly defined definitions for success in order to make the project successful.

In the past 3 years we have taken on many different projects in order to take advantage of features of the system we were not using. Changes that we have embarked on range from changing the Org Structure to creating audit reports to assists us with consistency in using the application. The original time savings benefits that were projected have not come to fruition as once completed they uncovered additional issues that need to be addressed in some manner.

We greatly appreciate that Ceridian allows for a collaborative environment. We genuinely feel that our concerns are listened to and that Ceridian tried to allow us to express concerns and ideas for change. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Sometimes support is not thorough on answers or will be quick to push a ticket to close out. The largest issue I have with support is if you reopen a ticket or have an additional question on the same ticket a new ticket might be opened to track the case further. I understand from a support side this helps with showing they really worked on x amount of tickets but it's confusing from the customer side. Maybe having parent/child tickets connected would work. 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are having some issues with security. We currently have 37 separate FEIN's in one instance. It can be hard when the same security doesn't follow into all modules. EX: If someone has a high level HR role for their legal entity and location access to that entity- no matter what we give them in the system it would make sense they could only see what they have location access to. But in reality there are areas where they can see everyone. 

We have however, realized there are quite a few benefits. One huge benefit to us is system configurability. We can usually make a work around for something that doesn't work as we would like it to. We love that it's a one stop system.

The best feature of Dayforce is the 'TRUE' one employee record for the life-cycle of an employee, from recruit to on-boarding to time/attendance to benefits to payroll to retirement/off-boarding.  Many HCM systems claim to have this capability but in reality require interfaces and add-ons.  Dayforce is truly one record/database; constantly evolving!

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The biggest area of difficulty in Dayforce is currently the carrier feeds; from the inability for a client to access files that are sent to the carrier directly to having to work (and pay) Professional Services for any and all modifications, no matter how small.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

Request a 'Dayforce' account manager/implementation manager be assigned to you at the beginning of implementation and not just a 3rd party

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees having the ability to access information on the go through mobile.  This is a great time saver for us in the area of timekeeping and retrieving earnings and year-end statements.  Also, the onboarding process has made our HR/Payroll recordkeeping completely paperless (outside of the I-9 and that's semi paperless)!  This saves us time and effort during audits and ensure compliance.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Our employee count has grown substantially over the past few years and we have managed to keep the payroll team small by implementing Dayforce. With Dayforce we were able to make the switch from paper timesheets to having our employees entering data into the timesheets on the software - which are reviewed in real time by managers.  We have a complicated way of paying our field staff who make visits in patient homes and the implementation team worked with us to come up with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

We get kicked out a lot - it freezes and we have to log back in.  There is a refresh and recalc process that takes a few minutes to complete and on payroll day we have to do that process often to get the data to flow to reports for review.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a thorough implementation process and the right amount of training, this software has been beneficial to our organization to improving our processes and switching to paper free. Timesheets are now paper free as well as communications to the HR and Payroll departments for employee changes such as rate changes, address changes, etc.

The one employee record aspect makes Dayforce a market leader in HCM platforms. The core products of payroll, HR and benefits work very well. Some of the newer modules, like performance and compensation, are still very basic and need some refinement and better functionality

I have been working in HR and payroll for 15 years and have used numerous different vendors/software over the years. None of them are 100% perfect. But Ceridian comes the closest. It is the most configurable and provides the best ad-hoc reporting tools out there. We have been able to automate many processes that used to be manual systems. This has freed up our HR staff to be more hands-on with employee onboarding, engagement, and development instead of stuck behind their desk completing transactional tasks.

I like how it is app based and easily accessible via my phone. In previous employers, I had to go to a website and view my schedule and time off requests in a confusing way. Dayforce allows me to see my schedule, time away, pay schedule, and other important info all within a nice app.

I would like to see Dayforce website to balance the app that works similarly. I find myself not with my phone sometimes or wanting to just look at my schedule via my Mac but I can’t do that outside of work. I also wish I could see the entire team’s schedule so I could see if someone is not working on a day I need off in a hurry or something

As a new user of Ceridian, I like how the tool has been created for HR and Payroll and that it is not by any means an accounting business platform. We recently implemented ‘Recruiting’, this has removed the endless amounts of paper and has pushed accountability to department leads.

I’m not a HRIS specialist, which forces me to rely on others to understand and program the system, which ultimately has taken some control away from me.

Ceridian excels at workforce management and payroll tax processing but, for us, the biggest benefit comes from having so many capabilities in one system. Having our benefits, payroll, performance, and workforce management all run off the same system helps streamline a lot of processes and avoid costly integrations. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The performance solution is 1 dimensional and not flexible to current trends or best practices. The integration options and XML forms are tedious and difficult to work with. Professional Services is not very responsive and do not always provide adequate solutions.

Payroll taxes, payroll, and benefits are all very straight forward and process well. Workforce Management is allowing us to reduce workload for our inhouse developers and make time tracking very easy as well as comprehensive.

Once of my favorite features that Dayforce offers is their mobile app. It's easy to setup, easy to navigate, and offers a ton of functionality for a very mobile employee population. As the mobile app continues to evolve, it makes managing employees and completing required tasks in Dayforce on the go that much easier. Amazing!

There's limited customization within the Dayforce messenger feature, which makes it difficult for us to limit when and who users can message within the application without turning the feature off entirely.

Ceridian's customer service is helpful, once you get a hang for identifying the best avenue/topic to approach each question. Also, account managers at Ceridian work hard to act as an advocate for their clients, which helps when you need to escalate or revisit issues with technical support.

Thanks to the functionality available within Dayforce HCM, we've been able to simplify our payroll process for our field, lower our costs by eliminating the need for additional systems, improve our accuracy when processing payroll as a result of enhanced reporting features and custom reporting, and we've been able to eliminate the need for an off-site firm that previously assisted us with processing transactions in our former, over complicated systems.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Dayforce is fully integrated, a one stop shop!  All employee information is in one system and moves quickly throughout it.  This is particularly helpful when a wage change goes through in the middle of a pay period or when completing a retro wage change.  You can see the change, including the retro change, right in the employee's Timesheet, which automatically feeds over into Payroll.

Dayforce makes benefit enrollment and annual open enrollment simple.  The system remembers what benefit programs the employee has participated in and the employee’s beneficiary information.  

Dayforce is very customizable.  You can create shift rotations, pay policies and attendance management policies based on the needs of your company. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Dayforce does not have a paycheck calculator and it would be great if it did!  This feature would assist employee's who want to see what adding a new benefit would do to their paycheck.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ceridian Dayforce across our whole organization, and we encourage employees to use the mobile app.  I would say that we use 90% of the modules offered in Dayforce.

Dayforce is a one stop shop, with all of our employee information in one system, we do not have to enter duplicate information into different systems.  Saving time in every department, across the board.  

For example; our Managers can easily see TAFW requests, create employee schedules and review their employee's Timesheets.  When they approve the TAFW, it automatically shows up in the employee's schedule and/or Timesheets.

And for our HR and Payroll team, if we update an employee's file to show that they are on a leave of absence, the system automatically begins calculating benefit arrears.  When the employee returns, the system then begins deducting the arrears from the employee's paychecks until the arrears are caught up.  We don't have to create spreadsheets to track this information and we can trust the information.

Ceridian offer a strong payroll and benefit platform. Performance management us easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Recruiting is growing but not at the pace my team needs today. Requisition management is solid, but leveraging you active talent database is a challenge. Lots of missed opportunity on the communications side of recruiting. Onboarding is minimum but growing. 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting has been more modern with alignment to mobile platforms. Ceridian does have flexibility for workflows in both of our centralize and decentralized processes,

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

It has a great integrity of the data. It is a good management system for human resources and equipment within the company. Manages the different files within a database, which increases the ease of managing documents, reports and internal teams from different areas of the company.

The configuration is quite flexible, it can be customized and it also has a well-cut design, which is useful so that any change you make within the system is presented with an attractive visual design for users.

Regarding the presentation of the scoring systems and the members of the teams are well defined and this seems to me key, since it is necessary that there is a distinction between each member and the contribution made.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

When you make internal changes in the implementation of the equipment this may delay your work a little. You have to develop and configure the system well so that any internal changes within the teams can be made without losing resources and time.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

There are teams in any sector of the company and perfecting them with scoring systems and structuring their tasks is something that always helps to improve teamwork. 

With this software you can improve that and streamline the procedures in human resources.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have increased the productivity of different teams in our areas of the company, which has increased at the same time the profitability obtained in these sectors.

Communication in the area of human resources has been greatly facilitated. With Ceridian Dayforce it is easier to make queries about payroll, review any invoice, customize reports and get the details about them. Speed has increased in this sense.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I am so pleased with all of the assistance and insight that my customer success exec has offered today. Her suggestions to sign up for a mentor, the local Ceridian customer connections she is setting up for me make me feel much better at the start of our journey.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

A lot of time must be committed to answering questionnaires for each module, often with an IC who may not know best practices for your industry or organization. It's a little confusing.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the implementation and modeling process now, so we have big expectations for improving ease of employee use, better entitlement awards and allowing use of the mobile app for our workforce.

I really like the reporting feature, along with the dashboard module.  Both help provide the crucial data for upper management to review.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The benefits module is not user friendly and the onboarding module didn't fit to how we onboard new employees.  With the new feature of docsign, this should improve.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we resolved with implementing Dayforce is the ability to have recruiting, payroll, and time and attendance with one vendor.  This allowed for better reporting and provided more exposure for other departments to have data.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

We love your time management, since we only use Ceridian Dayforce, previously we lost a lot of time because we used many tools simultaneously, so doing a task was tedious and consumed much more time.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The implementation is usually somewhat tedious, they could improve the communication about the details of all the requirements for a faster implementation.  In this way everything would have been more agile for us and much faster the process.

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

It is the best tool to follow approvals and changes in flow at work, helping to rigorously meet the highest standards of the company.  I would recommend it with pleasure to other companies 

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization we have used Ceridian Dayforce for human resources and our payroll.  It is used for the information of events, to track the time and performance of the employees.  It has been a great improvement in the part of the payment for the employees.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

So, this can be seen as a double edged sword, but I appreciate the weekly updates within Dayforce. If you find an issue in the system, there are opportunities to correct the issue more frequently. 

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

A lot of different modules in Dayforce (which is great) - but it is a “release now, perfect later” mentality. So there are new modules to use, but you likely won’t want to use them right away. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:**

Keep in mind that Ceridian is a business partner, not just a vendor. A healthy, respectful relationship will go far.
