What do you dislike about Elogic Commerce?

As with any ongoing partnership, there are always small opportunities to make collaboration even smoother, such as having as much advance visibility as possible around upcoming resource planning and team changes. Recommendations to others considering Elogic Commerce:

Elogic is a strong fit when an ecommerce project goes beyond the storefront - particularly for mid-market and enterprise businesses dealing with complex integrations, workflows, and operational requirements. I'd recommend them to companies looking for a technical ecommerce partner for Shopify or Shopify Plus development, complex integrations, or B2B/B2B2C functionality rather than simply isolated development hours. Their combination of technical discovery, solution planning, project management, and communication makes them a reliable partner for more complex commerce initiatives. What problems is Elogic Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a retention and lifecycle marketing agency, but a lot of our clients end up needing something more technical too - things like Shopify Plus development, custom functionality, integrations with their ERP or CRM, or more complex B2B setups. We didn't want to build out our own engineering team for that, and handing clients over to a different agency meant losing the relationship. So we needed a partner who could take that on instead. That's what Elogic does for us. They handle the development, integrations, discovery, QA, and ongoing support - basically the technical side - so we can stay focused on retention and lifecycle marketing while still being able to say yes to more complex requests. It also means fewer vendors for us to coordinate and faster access to technical help when we need it. They don't just disappear after launch either - they stay involved with troubleshooting and ongoing improvements. Since starting the partnership, we've been able to take on roughly 25% more technical ecommerce work than our internal team could handle alone, while saving around 10-15 hours a week previously spent sourcing and coordinating development resources.
