What do you like best about Elinext Group Development?

Their ability to challenge requirements rather than just execute them. When our initial scope had gaps or assumptions that didn't hold up, they flagged it early and proposed alternatives. The agentic workflow layer and AI automation components were largely their recommendation. Delivery was consistent and didn't require constant follow-up on our end. Recommendations to others considering Elinext Group Development:

They'll tell you when something won't work the way you think it will. That saved us more than once. There were a couple of moments early on where we were convinced about a certain approach and they pushed back, turned out they were right. If we'd gone the other way we'd have been rebuilding core parts of the system three months in. With custom AI workflows and agentic logic, that kind of early honesty is worth more than it sounds. What problems is Elinext Group Development solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to find a custom AI/ML development company for a platform. Elinext built what we actually needed: a travel-specific CRM covering the full booking lifecycle, lead and customer journey tracking, and a manager workspace where the team sees everything in one place. The AI automation layer handles repetitive routing tasks inside the CRM, and for more complex automations we're connected to n8n and Make.
