What do you like best about Elinext Group Development?

They understood that "add AI" doesn't mean wrapping an API call around existing logic. The agentic architecture their team proposed was actually designed around how our infrastructure behaves under load. Their ML engineers (around 3+) spent real time learning our failure modes before writing a line of code. What do you dislike about Elinext Group Development?

What problems is Elinext Group Development solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly, the trigger was a bad week. Three enterprise clients hit cascading proxy failures within 48 hours, our ops team couldn't get ahead of it, and we realized the whole monitoring and rerouting setup was just too manual for the scale we were at. We needed the system to handle that logic on its own: detect, decide, and act without someone having to be awake for it. That's what Elinext came in to build along with us. An agentic layer on top of our existing proxy infrastructure: agents that watch network health in real time, catch failure patterns before they blow up, and reroute traffic automatically. We also ended up adding a customer-facing piece which is an AI assistant that lets clients configure complex scraping workflows without writing code, which turned into a bigger product shift than we planned.
