What do you like best about Elevate Communication?

What do you dislike about Elevate Communication?

In the past, I experienced occasional issues with the desktop app, such as crashes or slow performance. However, I haven’t encountered those problems in a while, so it seems like the issue may have been resolved. Hopefully, it stays this way because the overall service has been excellent otherwise! What problems is Elevate Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?

Elevate Communication solves the challenge of staying connected and efficient in a remote or hybrid work environment. One of my favorite features is the app that allows me to use my cell as an office phone. This makes it incredibly convenient to manage business calls on the go without missing important communications.

Another feature I love is the ability to send calls directly to colleagues' voicemails. This ensures smooth internal communication, allowing me to forward messages quickly, even when someone is unavailable, without disrupting their workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
