Elevate A/B Testing is the most user-friendly A/B testing platform I've ever used across all of my different clients and 10 years of CRO experience. This is largely in part because it directly integrates into Shopify, plus its interface is very intuitive to understand. I especially like how it shows the impact across all relevant KPIs and allows me to set my own statistical thresholds. I know I can always rely on the test insights, plus their customer support is top tier. Whenever there is a bug or a problem that pops up, I can trust that support is there with an answer to my problem within 24 hours. Pricing compared to what the software delivers is also very competitive, especially compared to other AI testing solutions out there, which charge ridiculous prices in relation to what they offer. While elevate has all of the core functionality available that the CRO practitioner would need, Elevate AB testing still misses some essential functionalities, such as multivariate testing, multi-armed bandit testing, triggered exposure to experiments, and optimizing for other higher funnel goals. Elevate AB Testing makes onboarding and setup of A/B tests incredibly simple and easy, which helps my agency fulfill A/B testing services for e-commerce businesses. The core selling point is also the fact that it directly integrates with Shopify data, which is usually the part that takes the most time and is the most complicated when it comes to setup which is where other A/B testing software requires you to connect through their API to Google Analytics. This is way too complicated for the layman. Similarly other software's dashboards read like an airplane cockpit and CRO terms such as MDE, ROPE, statistical power, etc. too freely which makes it feel like my clients need to take a statistics course before being able to use the software. Elevate does a great job and simplifying that entire process and stripping it down to giving exposure only to the functionality the ecommerce store actually needs to know how to read, use and apply.
