I really appreciate Element Strategic Advisory Services for helping us with strategy and support for vehicle replacement cycles, ordering cycles, and overall fleet strategy. Their services ultimately enhance our customer experience and our budget. The team did a fantastic job in creating a roadmap for our electrification goals, showing us how many vehicles need replacing each year. I find the monthly performance reviews invaluable as they provide a high-level picture of our fleet's performance, which aids in cost and budget reviews with my finance team. I also appreciate the PowerBI dashboard for monthly spend breakdown by category, which helps me manage my fleet more effectively with the valuable information provided.
