What I liked best was that Eleken did not just focus on making the app look polished. They thought carefully about how the user would actually move through the product. My designer, Karina, was thoughtful, responsive, and able to take a complicated workflow and make it feel much simpler. I also appreciated that the team was open to feedback and willing to revise details so the design better matched my vision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was not much I disliked. The only downside is that, because my product has a very specific education workflow, some details required extra clarification from me. A few labels and flow choices needed adjustment so they matched how teachers would actually think about the product. That is expected with a niche SaaS idea, but it does mean founders should stay involved and review the screens carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
