The team they have built, from sales, to their tech team, continues to deliver on what they say they can do. We have worked with other RPA vendors and the support and creativity of ElectroNeek is unmatched. It's not even close. They are by far the best RPA partner we have ever worked with. They genuinely care about their partners and go out of their way to make sure we have what we need to take care of our clients. If I had to find something to dislike I guess it would be their reply time. When we first started with ElectroNeek we would get a solution completed within 24 hours. Now it can take up to 48 hours in some cases. But honestly, that is not even an issue compared to all the vendors we have worked with in the past. Sometimes we wouldn't even hear from our previous RPA partners for days and weeks. ElectroNeek is on a different level with the response time and communication. They have come through every time when we were in crisis mode. They have given us the opportunity to build our company to cater to the SMB market. No other vendor can or has done that for us.
