What do you like best about Electives?

I love the live learning aspect of Electives for our team. So many platforms have on-demand learning, but the live learning fosters community within our company and connection outside of the company as well as accountability for our employees. Additionally, I appreciate that we also have access to largetr all-company learnings -- the classes and the high level of expertise of the instructors really sets Electives apart from other solutions. What do you dislike about Electives?

For our global team, the times for live learning do not always easily line up for team members in non-US centric time zones and I would appreciate more optionality there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Electives solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a company that is remaining relatively stable in terms of growth, we don't always have as a many opportunities for promotional pathways, but Electives provides an avenue for us to continue to very clearly invest in our team's growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
