We have been working with EIR for over 10 years. They introduced EIR Comp Stream to us a few years ago and it was a lifesaver. Our HRIS system is not integrated with SAP. Comp Stream helped us to eliminate manual salary prorations, calculate variable pay, bringing in data from HRIS into Success Factors without too much manual intervention.
