What do you like best about EfficiencAI?

I really like that EfficiencAI delivers documents as Word files instead of rigid PDFs, allowing us much-needed flexibility to edit them as needed. It definitely stands out because it delivers professional documents quickly with the option to make edits during creation. The interface isn't clunky or inflexible, and getting documents in Word format that look good makes the process smooth, especially since we use Microsoft. Also, the initial setup was super easy; I just shared user access and an example document for template creation. This ease of setup and professional output gave EfficiencAI an edge over others we've tried, like HireAra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EfficiencAI?

I don't have much to say in terms of negatives, we found occasionally that documents got stuck, but with the new platform you have greater visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
