What do you like best about edison365?

The most helpful aspect of Edison365 for us has been bringing ideas and projects together into one central platform. It gives us much greater visibility of what is happening across the business and provides a structured process for taking an idea from initial submission through to delivery.

It has also helped us introduce greater consistency around how projects and ideas are managed. Rather than different teams working in different ways, Edison365 gives us a common framework that we can build our processes around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about edison365?

The main downside for us has been the initial learning curve. Edison365 is a flexible platform with a lot of functionality, but this means users need appropriate training and guidance to get the most out of it. What problems is edison365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems Edison365 is helping us address is that ideas and projects can easily become fragmented across different teams, spreadsheets, emails and systems. This makes it difficult to understand what is being worked on, who owns it and where it is in its lifecycle.

Edison365 brings this information together in one place and provides a structured journey from the initial idea through to project delivery. For us, that means better visibility, clearer ownership and a more consistent approach to managing initiatives across the business.

Ultimately, the benefit is that we can spend less time trying to understand what is happening and more time focusing on the right ideas and projects.
