What do you like best about edison365?

The product is quite user-friendly, and the support team is very active and helpful. Their prompt replies and willingness to provide guidance make the overall experience great. it meets our business needs and performs well, and the support team reaches out from time to time to check on our experience as well as communicate expected updates and fixes. What do you dislike about edison365?

It’s sometimes not the most intuitive software to use, which can feel overwhelming. That said, it’s understandable given how much the software is capable of doing, and how many guidance resources are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is edison365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Edison365 to manage our organization’s employee suggestion program. It helps us keep all ideas in one place, evaluate them, and then integrate later assessment stages across different departments. Combined with SharePoint lists, Power Automate, and Power BI, this is our management environment, and it’s quite powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
