What do you like best about EdbMails IMAP Migration?

Our migration wasn't a simple one because we had users spread across different IMAP providers after years of company changes. What I liked most was that we didn't have to treat every mailbox as a special case. Once we verified the connection settings, the migration process was predictable, and we could work through users in batches without constantly monitoring every task. The progress information made it easy to see what had finished and what still needed attention. What do you dislike about EdbMails IMAP Migration?

The interface is easy to understand, but some advanced settings could include short explanations for administrators using the product for the first time. That would reduce the need to check documentation during the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EdbMails IMAP Migration solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a practical way to move IMAP mailboxes to Microsoft 365 while keeping the migration organized and minimizing disruption for users. Instead of relying on manual exports or handling mailboxes individually, we were able to manage the project from a single console, track progress clearly, and complete the migration with much less administrative effort than we expected.
