Our migration wasn't a simple one because we had users spread across different IMAP providers after years of company changes. What I liked most was that we didn't have to treat every mailbox as a special case. Once we verified the connection settings, the migration process was predictable, and we could work through users in batches without constantly monitoring every task. The progress information made it easy to see what had finished and what still needed attention. By the end of the project, we were spending more time validating user access than troubleshooting the migration itself, which is always a good sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is easy to understand, but some advanced settings could include short explanations for administrators using the product for the first time. That would reduce the need to check documentation during the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
